Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (We track all orders – if you haven’t received a tracking number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org)
We will cover all costs of a refund or exchange, including any shipping costs.

Any goods where seals have been broken are exempt from being returned, unless in the case where the wrong item(s) were delivered, or there is another issue with the item(s).

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted:

Sale items are eligible for refunds equal to the cost of the item, an exchange of the same product (if faulty), or another item of equivalent or lesser value.

After following the steps outlined above you will receive an email for your records and your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to the original method of payment. This process may take 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
